I recently had the absolute pleasure of being interviewed by the radiant Maureen Spielman on her podcast Mystical Sisterhood in an episode titled “Astrology, Ancient Wisdom & The Hermetic Principles.” From the moment we began speaking, the conversation flowed with depth, warmth, and a shared reverence for astrology as a sacred and strategic art.
Maureen is truly a beautiful soul. Her background in coaching and facilitating workshops brought a grounded, practical lens to the discussion, allowing us to bridge ancient wisdom with modern leadership, business, and personal growth. Rather than treating astrology as entertainment or prediction, we explored it as it was originally intended: a tool for self-mastery, discernment, and conscious decision-making.
In this episode, we dive into the origins of astrology and why it was once reserved for royalty, heads of state, and military strategists. Astrology has always been about timing, cycles, and understanding cause and effect. When leaders understood the rhythms of nature and human psychology, they could make decisions with foresight rather than fear. Sustainable success—whether in business, leadership, or life—requires knowing how you operate, where your energy flows best, and when rest is essential. We spoke candidly about why rest, boundaries, and energetic hygiene are no longer optional, especially as collective energies intensify. Burnout is not a badge of honor; it’s a sign of misalignment.
We also touched on the Hermetic Law of Cause and Effect, and how it shows up in both business and personal life. Every decision creates momentum. Every action has an energetic consequence. When leaders understand this, they act with greater responsibility, integrity, and compassion. True abundance doesn’t create greed—it creates benevolence, generosity, and the capacity to lead others well.
Looking ahead, we discussed the shifting balance of masculine and feminine energies as we move toward 2026. These changes invite a new leadership model—one that honors intuition alongside logic, receptivity alongside action, and wisdom alongside ambition.
Above all, this conversation was an invitation to consciously work with the stars rather than fear them. Astrology is not about fate; it’s about awareness. When we understand the cosmic patterns at play, we gain the freedom to choose how we respond—and that is where real power lies.
